After completing this course students should be able to 1) Describe main concepts, frameworks and underpinnings of relationship marketing, 2) Explain how quality, satisfaction and value relate to relationship management, 3) Identify the challenges with creating and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholder groups.
The objective of the course is to introduce students to relationship perspectives on marketing and how it differs from other forms and practices of marketing. The course includes themes such as: Relationship marketing versus transactional marketing; Relationship building blocks; quality, satisfaction and value, Relationship benefits and limits, Loyalty and CRM, Relationship marketing and performance.
